Pipers Pale Ale
Brewed by Thomas Creek Brewery for Dunedin Brewery
Greenville, SC/Dunedin, FL (USA)
??? ABV
C. Pretty dang clear
H. Orange like a push-pop
N. Hint of Hops
Dos: Piper you magnificent male specimen you, you have made one non delicious beer. This literally tastes like someone just put a couple of hops into a barrel of water and added some orange food coloring. This isn’t the worst beer I have ever had, cause I’ve had some bad ones I won’t mention (Bud Light Golden Wheat lol), but I digress. I mean ugh, the hot dog that fell on the ground that I ate about 30 minutes ago with bad mustard and sour relish was better than this. I mean my rating isn’t horrible on this cause it had a nice hoppy hint to the nose, but I will not be enjoying, or attempting to enjoy, this beer for quite some time, aka never. Score = 2.76
Fermentation: Well this was a let down, well not really; but sorta. I was really excited about this one seeing that I found it in Tampa and decided I had to bring it back. This is the typical American Pale Ale. While it isn’t a big price tag beer, it still might be cheaper for you to go and buy an entry level brew kit and a starter A.P.A. kit and have at it. I guess its sorta like give a man a fish he eats for a day teach a man he eats for the rest of his life……yah learn to drink for the rest of your life. Good entry level A.P.A. though; nothing complex. Although impressed with the clarity! Score = 3.001
Overall = 2.8805
