This week I am going to be doing reviews with; Ardilla Voladora!

Ardilla Voladora has a pretty extensive background in wine and beer. While she is more of a fan of wine, she truly appreciates beer!

Her first micro that she could remember (it took her some time to actually remember) was probably a Long Trail or Magic Hat up in Boston. She really liked the taste and how different it was from normal mainstream beer.

She worked in the wine industry for a few years. Wine being her first true love, she felt it was a perfect fit. Her experience led her into a different direction and right down the beer road. She now is currently in the Beer Industry, and is working to bring better beers to people all over the local area.

Ardilla Voladora will bring some different insight to the tasting blog. She loves the ability to pair beer with food, or have food cooked with the beer. A bit of a self-proclaimed foodie, she sheds light on an aspect of beer that we at Dos Beer-igos haven’t even touched with a ten foot pole.
