Budweiser Flag Can
Budweiser (Limited Edition Flag Can)
Anheuser-Busch, Inc.
St. Louis, Missouri
5.00% ABV
Style: American Lager
C: Clear as water
H: Straw Yellow
N: Sweet Corn, Straw
The Ferm: Well I am a few days late, as I wanted to run this review for the 4th. That said I hope that everyone had a great holiday.
Ahh the American Flag Can....how can one resist. Fireworks, BBQ, Pools/Beaches/Lakes, and a American Beer in an American Flag Can. What is more American?!? Well for starters how about drinking a beer that is American, and owned by an American Company! Yep, if you are still of the belief that A-B is American owned....well not only are you wrong, but you are also ignorant.
Regardless, I am here to talk about the beer! Does it taste better than normal Bud? NOPE....but it does make me look less educated than a normal can. Tons of corn flavored crap.
The beer is just bland...one thing I have learned is that I can pound a ton of these, since my tolerance is built around high ABV Craft Beer. Regardless, the beer has it's place.

Quite a generous score. Did you salute the can and pledge your allegiance to it before drinking?
ReplyDeleteThis can is one of their most ingenious marketing ploys. I love that it makes me feel un-American for hating the way it tastes.
ReplyDeleteEhh...that score sort-a sucked, but if I have to drink one of the big 3, I will side with Bud
ReplyDeleteThen their marketing worked!
