Corsendonk Abbey Pale Ale

Corsendonk Abbey Pale Ale
Brewery Du Bocq
Oud-Turnhout, Belgium
7.5 ABV

C. Super Cloudy

H. Golden yellow

N. Wheat and Lemon
Bueno; Higher carbonation on the front that hits you like a fresh can of soda, big wheat taste with a hint of lemon that lingers throughout. Much better and more flavorful than the Sterkens. A great one for those who love wheat beers. Also good for post mowing the lawn on a hot summer day, or good for a summer evening hanging out with friends over hot dogs and ribs...mmmm ribs....Actually, I think it would complement ribs with spicy bbq sauce very nicely with side of coleslaw that’s light on the mayo, cheesecake for desert.
Score: 4

Ferm; Wow, well I just got sidetracked by watching the new taping of We Are the World. WTF seriously?!?! anyways back to beer. This is a nice beer. Light with a subtle bitterness to the taste. Disappears quickly. Solid beer. Worth a try. But seriously don’t watch the new video for we are the world. That was horrible. But this beer was good.
Score:3.25

Overall: 3.625
